Quality Restaurant Corp was founded by Brendan Spiro over 11 years ago to offer creative solutions for the Restaurant Industry. Its mission is to implement successful techniques and systems acquired through experience, education, hands-on management and consulting of various restaurants and start-ups. The operations that compile our portfolio’s diversity of experience range from neighborhood restaurant to full service dining and entertainment establishments.
Projects are completed in or under budget, with timely openings. The rootdown™ system is what sets his specialized approach apart from other restaurant “aides”. We seek to display creative, intelligent and specialized services realizing our client’s dreams.
